Decision Making Model
We constantly adopt to solve problems everyday of our life. We have to make conclusivenesss about a variety of things. For example, what are you leaving to wear to work today? How are you going to set off to work? Should I cross the street? How do I close the deal with the client? Some of the decisions seem small than others. You go through a process for your decisions.
Since I started my educational career at the University of Phoenix, I have been using the septette steps to problem solving. I white plague this method as many times that I can remember to use it. The steps are as follows:
1. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Identify the problem accurately. If you do not identify the problem, that there may lay the problem.
2. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â essay the problem. The problem may be comprised of a lot of smaller problems. Identify the problem or problems that need resolution. Look into what causes the problem.
3. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â cerebrate possible solutions. No matter how crazy an idea cleverness seem, write the idea down. That idea just might be your best solution to the problem.
4. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Explore each solution. Which decision do you think will work successfully and which do you not. settle to perform the pros and cons test ahead of time.
5. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Choose and execute the decision you feel is best.
6.
Evaluate the solution you felt was best, looking at its effects. What are the good points of this decision, what are the negative points of this solution?
7. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â strain to evaluate and chasten the solution. By continuing to evaluate and refine the solution you will be better equipped to traveling bag the problem next time it occurs.
